Thanks for sharing this J.R. Definitely resonated with me. At Amazon I was told to try new things, but it always felt like the options of what I could spend my time doing were constrained to the workplace and what I could do for the company. I like the way you've done some outside-the-box thinking about different types of new experiences, which can shape our interests and teach us about where we may end up next. Another great read, J.R. You know I'm a mutual fan of experimentation, Ibarra, and what surfaces as a result. And thanks for the reminder about T.S. Eliot . . . haven't read it since grad school and I might be getting that off the bookshelf for a similar epiphany!
